Classics
There is a long tradition of studying the classics at Sedbergh, as befits a school with our history and achievements, and Latin is included in the curriculum for all Year 9 pupils.
We are one of the few schools still to offer Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation at both GCSE and A-level and our successful pupils continue to display the logical thinking skills and linguistic abilities that students of the classics have shown for generations.
