James's Tennis Success Continues

Congratulation to current Sedbergh School pupil James Griffin and all of the Cumbrian Boys Tennis Team whom have been competing in Nottingham at the LTA 14U County Cup National Finals 18th - 20th May.

Two Sedbergh School pupils, members of the Combined Cadet Force, have been awarded Lord Lieutenant’s Awards this year, two of only four cadets receiving this award in Cumbria. 

Hart Takes Academic Challenge Shield for 5th Consecutive Year

In a well-fought, high-scoring and thoroughly entertaining final, Hart defeated Lupton by 300 points to 210 and thereby retained the Griffiths shield for another year and extended their run of consecutive victories to five.

Old Hartonian Roger Strachan, now studying Classics at Cambridge University, set up the School of Athens in 2013, a pupil-led sixth form society which meets once a term. Here, academic scholars have a forum to present on a topic of their choosing.
