All necessary admissions forms for new parents are available by clicking on the respective links below. These forms are key documents in the enrolment process. It is essential that they are read alongside the Parent Handbook and that the forms are completed, signed and returned (preferably by email to email@example.com) as promptly as possible. Individual instructions for each form are included but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Registrar.

SEDBERGH SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The school provides Personal Accident insurance for all of its pupils at no cost to the parent. It also offers the following insurance on an opt in basis:
School Fees Refund Scheme - to cover school fees in case of pupil absence. If you wish your child to be covered please complete the Insurance Declaration Form and e-mail it directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
