The water main diversion works and removal of asbestos have now been completed.
The contractor cabins are in situ, with a separate, designated “Smoking/Vaping cabin”.
Fencing has been erected and segregation and safety notices are being placed.
EARTH MOVING
Starts Mon 12 June. There will be properly trained banksmen controlling machinery movement, and pedestrians will have the right of way. Top soil will be stripped first, followed by the bulk transportation.
WORKER VEHICLES AND DELIVERIES
Deliveries are planned to be staggered and, where possible, timed to take
place between 9am – 3pm, when there will be less pedestrian/pupil traffic.
SIGNS TO ASK DOG WALKERS TO KEEP THEIR DOGS ON LEADS WILL BE PUT UP.
ALL PERSONS SHOULD PLEASE EXERCISE DUE DILIGENCE WHEN IN THE BUSK, RIVERSIDE, NEW FIELD AREA. ONCE THE EARTH MOVING IS COMPLETE, THE SITE WILL BECOME CONTAINED.
