Welcome to Sedbergh!

Please find below our New Parent Information and New Pupil Forms for the academic year 2019-20.

Please read all of the information carefully and contact the Registrar on admissions@sedberghschool.org or +44 (0) 1524 729 211 should you have any questions.

All necessary Admissions Forms for new parents will soon be available by clicking on the link below.  These Forms are key documents in the enrolment process.  It is essential that they are read alongside the Handbook and that the forms are completed, signed and returned (preferably by email to admissions@sedberghschool.org) promptly. Individual instructions for each form are included. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Registrar.

Parent Handbook

We are currently updating our Parent Handbook for the new Academic Year.

You will be advised when this is available.

If there are any questions please contact The Registrar.

House specific handbooks will be sent out by Housemasters and Housemistresses during the course of the Summer Holiday.

MEDICAL INFORMATION, FORM AND CONSENT FORMS

The Medical Information (click here) should be read alongside the Medical Forms (click here).

The medical information form contains essential information regarding the School’s medical care of your son or daughter.

Please note that your son or daughter is not permitted to start the new term until the Forms have been returned.

ADMISSIONS FORMS FOR ALL NEW PUPILS

The Admissions Forms for the new Academic Year are being updated.

You will be advised when they are available.

INSURANCE

The school provides Personal Accident insurance for all of its pupils at no cost to the parent. It also offers the following insurance on an opt in basis:

School Fees Refund Scheme - to cover school fees in case of pupil absence. If you wish your child to be covered please complete the Insurance Declaration Form and e-mail it directly to admissions@sedberghschool.org

FINANCE

SCHOOL UNIFORM AND THE SCHOOL SHOP
